"This was our first time in Aroostook County and we weren’t sure what to expect and now we can’t wait to come back! This house was truly amazing! It had everything that we needed to make our week magical. It was perfect for our dogs and the lake was perfect. The water was great and we loved exploring the different parts of the lake on our paddle board. Cross ride to the Canada boarder, easy to cross into NB and get back. Overall, perfect place for a family vacation."

"We had a great time at the lake house . Plenty of room for just us 2, the house had everything we needed. Inside of lake house was very clean- outiside windows and doors needed some detail cleaning, but hard to keep up with at a lake.. we would definitely recommend . It is close to the road, but the back of the lake house facing the lake is spectacular, with a nice open grassy area."

"Our stay at the rustic cabin on East Grand Lake was wonderful. The 26-acre private island provided a unique and peaceful escape. The lake's incredibly clear water made swimming and floating a true pleasure. Our dogs loved exploring the island, running around, and playing in the lake. The propane stove, refrigerator, and charcoal grill worked perfectly for all our cooking needs, offering the right balance of convenience while maintaining the rustic feel. "Used this as base camp for bird hunting in the NMW for a week in October with my dad and his dog. Was a perfect spot to crash at the end of long day in the woods. Comfortable at night, even had the luxury of the TV to watch playoff baseball at night, and the sunrises were amazing every day. Eric was very welcoming of the dog and very quick to answer any questions. Would tell friend s a stay here again."

"The cabin on Long lake is a wonderful little rustic cabin with a beautiful view of the lake. The area is remote, but the cabin is relatively close to 3 stores and the Lakeview restaurant. The property manager was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property for a family or small group of friends looking to stay in the area. "

"The camp was quite dirty upon arrival owner left messages to use the right side French door due to them being very hard to open cobwebs all inside the camp bathroom toilet rocked when you sat on it and a clip was used to keep shower door closed ripped screens on some windows the boat dock was at least fifty yards out from the beach had to pull yourself or family out on flotation dock very ingenious however definitely a workout was not relayed that was how to use my boat upstairs was not little...

"House is quaint. Enjoyed the wood stove after sitting on the deck playing games on a beautiful autumn day. One brave soul even took the paddle board out around the nearby island to get sunset pictures. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Would stay again if ever in Northern Maine. Would be amazing in the summer!"

"This is an old fashioned camp, but with the update of electricity and indoor plumbing. It maintains that rustic camp life feel with a little more comfort. I will note that this is a bring your own sheets and towels rental. "

"We stayed over the July 4th week to be near other family and attend some events. The camp was clean, cozy and had everything you could want/need- kitchen was very well equipped with anything you'd need for meal prep, including basics (salt, sugar, oil, spices,etc...). Lots of extra towels, linens, beach towels. Comfortable beds with views of the lake and little balcony off upstairs bedrooms. There was everything you could want for outdoor fun- paddle boards, kayak, canoe, motor boat, solo fire...

"I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a great experience. The multi-night discount was a big plus and made it an affordable option for a longer stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—just what I needed after long workdays. I had to check out a day earlier than planned, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They gave me a coupon for a future night’s stay, which was a really thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Great service all around—I’ll definitely be back on my next visit!"
