"Property was exactly how it looks online. New and clean. We enjoyed the patio and yard games that were provided as well as the grill. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms . A couple suggestions…add a full length mirror in the bedrooms and something for hanging clothes. Possibly a short bar on one side of the closets. Location is great for walking, biking and restaurants/bars. We would definitely stay here again. Had a loud group in another unit but host took care of it immediately."

"Enjoyed our stay here very much. Nice new property very clean. Easy to communicate property Manager. They went out of their way to make a ramp for me to get into the door since I am in a wheelchair. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again."

"Beautuful cottage and nice dock. The kitchen & guest bathroom rugs needed cleaning. Could not watch TV as the signal was always scrambled. The coffee pot needed cleaning from the previous occupant who also left the dishwasher full of dishes. They also left dirty grill tools on the grill. We did enjoy the quiet setting."

"We make a 4-5 day trip to Okoboji nearly every summer. The location was right up from the boat launch on east, making it easy to load up the boat. The place had everything we needed, great space for 5 adults. Comfortable, and easy. We'd stay again. "

"Great location, friendly neighborhood. A few house keeping things. The railing going up stairs was very dusty. Had enough cobwebs to notice many more. Had a few aunts inside by the patio doors. We did find spray and took care of them. This place was listed as a 3 bedroom. It is truly 2 bedroom with a loft. Check in and check out was super easy. Suggesting a mirror in the bedrooms. With 6 adults getting ready to go out, two bathroom mirrors is not sufficient. We made so many fun memories."

"This is our 5th house in this neighborhood in Arnold’s Park. This house feels very rundown and was so incredibly DARK. The concrete walk leading to the door is broken up. There were only 3 chairs around the outside patio table. The kitchen table is a bar table with 5 backless stools, which is well past replacing. The master bedrooms mattress is foam on top of 4 wooden planks. It was terribly uncomfortable. The 3rd bedroom is a loft space open to the main level with a deck off of it. No privacy....

"I arrived while cleaner was still there… 4:00 but that was ok. I was discouraged for the second time renting this house that not only was the grille dirty but oven was filthy. It’s a self cleaner…?? The property host was awesome got back to me in a timely fashion👍. Had issues with Roku tv .. and unfortunately due to weather we were inside more than other times.. agree. Just regular cable would’ve been so much easier. Had a nice stay but initially it was listed as a 5 bedrooms in one website...

"The flat is very tastefully furnished with brand new higher end furniture. With parking in the front and walking distance to the lake and a few restaurants, it worked perfectly for us. Highly recommend it!"

"We loved the location next to the outdoor pool. The condo was very nice and clean. We were excited to have the outdoor firepit as I think we were the only condo with one. A little deceiving as it was listed as 4 bedroom but was really only 2 bedroom, 1 open loft, and a living room with pull out couch. Need directions to find the thermostat (found in garage closet). Everything else was great."

"We (myself, my husband, and four kids ages 13, 11, 5, 5), stayed for the weekend. The property is huge. Our kids loved the bunk room and the water park was great. The property is exactly as represented in the description.
