"For £200 a night we expected everything to work. For example, there was a beautiful marble setting but the heating was not on and there was no clear way of controlling the temperature in the room which was in a cold downstairs location. On a previous visit in a cheaper room we had an iron provided , a functioning coffee machine and milk and a larger table. This was a warm cosy room.The coffee machine this time did not work. "I chose to stay here after reading the reviews and can only say that there is not a fake one amongst them. The facilities are in excellent condition, very clean and contain all the equipment that you are likely to need. The food is also excellent and I shall be back for another visit when I'm next over.
