"4 adults stayed. Come and go as you please. Very clean, excellent water quality, loads of plates, pans etc in kitchen. Good showers. Excellent communications. Good fridge freezer. Dishwasher, Fantastic fire for when chilly. Oven worked well. No problems with any appliances. You need a car (as stated in the listing)though we walked to Le Coupole and had a walk to the lovely supermarket at Helfaut and visited the wargraves in the churchyard. "The Gite was tranquil …. Beautifully decorated, the simplicity of this gave a calm and peaceful stay …. The host Sabine was lovely and was at hand for any issue although I couldn’t imagine any issues arising Would recommend highly 😁"

"This is a wonderful living space, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. The host was very helpful. For big family gatherings you can book the gite right next door. It has less living space but more than one bathroom."

"Great communication from Julie from the very beginning of the booking process. The house is located on a canal with endless walking and running routes. Great local brasseries for dinner, Louvre Lens is 30 min away. Charlie our dog had an amazing time and is currently fast asleep and shattered.
