"The bed was not clean, with dirty sheets and a blanket that had a coffee spill. I asked the receptionist twice to change the sheets and blanket, but they still didn't provide new ones. This was my third time using this hotel; previous experiences were good with no issues. However, for this third visit, I booked through a different agent, which might explain the problems I encountered. Despite this, the location is great."
