The biggest drawcard was probably the location, short walk to the town centre yet quiet and we still got to enjoy the wildlife experience with Kookaburras, kangaroos, and an echidna around the corner! The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit was enjoyed by the family. The heating in the cottage was very adequate which made for a cosy and comfortable stay. "Perfect location nestled at the base of Baronia Peak. Quite clean and comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed the wildlife and walks from there. Communication about the oroperty from the hist was exceptional and would definetly recommend to others."

"The perfect place to stay in the Grampians with a dog! Such a fantastic property and heaps of space for the dog to run around. Perfectly well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Only 10 minutes drive from Halls gap too. We had such a great time and would definitely look to stay here again."

"We love the unit which backs onto the reserve at the back. The view is lovely of kangaroos and emus from the back windows. The nice big dining table is good for playing games on. The only problem is the parking as we had to reverse in our cars because our unit is the back unit and the back car port is shared. If the front unit has its own car port in front then the parking problem would be solved."

The house is a bit dated (especially the appliances), but comfortable size for two to three couples except for the single bathroom/toilet available. Nice outdoors sitting options (weather permitting), pleasant common area and setup. All in all a good weekend or short holiday escape"

"I stayed with my friend and her parents. While we went running in the mountains her parents we able to reach shops and hikes easily with the property being in such a fantastic location. The property was spotless, cosy and very comfortable. The spa was amazing after long runs. All instructions were easy to follow. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and can’t wait to come back."

"Loved the kangaroos. A pic of them posing was literally taken into consideration when looking for a place. As other reviews stated AC was in living room. Bedroom got hot when doors closed. Bathroom was good. Plenty of beds to choose. Kitchen was welcome though we didny get to use. We we disappointed we didnt get to stick around longer to enjoy the place and amenities."
