"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. "Very large room and bathroom. Everything brand new and spotlessly clean. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The room is in a residential area, 10 minutes walk from Rolle train station and from the town center, where there are some restaurants. The owners who live downstairs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is also good and at a reasonable price. I recommend it."
