"A fantastic place to stay. Country setting but 5 minutes from the centre of Armidale. View from rooms of leafy trees and fields is very relaxing. The property is heritage listed and has a very interesting history. Theowners were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless with a great shower with great water pressure. It will be our only choice of accommodation when we next visit Armidale."

"Just don’t!!!! Unsafe and dodgy! Full of dept of housing permanent residents. They have their personal crap scattered the full length of the motel in the driveways and all the tables outside the rooms…scooters, bikes, soccer balls, clothing, dirty plates, cutlery…. First room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. Next room was next door to loud screaming residents with wailing children. Listened to their crap all night and got no sleep. Should have read reviews for this place… I’ve travelled...
