"My grandson and I stayed here for March break , everything was perfect and property was lovely ,extremely clean , and every amenities available . The games room and hot tub were high lights . The owner responded to all my questions quickly and kindly . I definitely will go back !!!!!! "

"My family recently stayed at this property for a few nights. The communication beforehand was excellent and the hosts were always quick to answer. The property was so clean and like the title of this says, they literally thought of everything. From snacks when we arrived, to a basket of “in case you forgot” that includes chargers, toiletries etc. There were so many amenities-the hot tub was so nice on a chilly night and my teen girls loved the projection tv and pool table. The beds were so comfortable and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Colonial Hotel. The hotel is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It was a little noisy due to the location, however everything else made up for it."
