Great stay in a lovely town
We had a really great time in Port Franks and would love to return. The house has everything, is well furnished, and is very well taken care of. It's a short drive to the beach and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Lovely Place!
We stayed with a group of 9 friends for the weekend and had a fabulous time. The home had everything we needed, was clean and nicely decorated, had lots of space, and a great backyard!

Wonderful winter weekend getaway
Our weekend getaway home was very comfortable and spacious enough for four couples to have a wonderful couple of days together. Plenty of space, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked ... absolutely no complaints. The owner was very responsive to all questions we had prior to our arrival. We'd stay here again.

Great property and surroundings. Fun activities in the backyard for young kids. They have a closer with some toys as well for your use. Their entertainment room was stocked with tasty treats.

Family getaway for the week. The accommodations were great and just as described. Well equipped for the younger kids and great entertainment center for the older ones. Only draw backs was the distance to the beach and the mosquitoes. But a great vacation home.

Amazing property
This was probably the best property we have stayed at. The house was very clean and updated. Lots of fun stuff for the kids to do and the owners were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Would recommend 100%, great experience for the whole family.

Girlfriend's 50th Celebration!
The rental was very welcoming, clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub and the games room. The owners were very generous in leaving us complimentary water, sparkling water, sweets and popcorn. The beds were extremely comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had all that you would need and the appliances worked well. The water pressure was unremarkable. Location was amazing. Close to Grand Bend, trails, pinery. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A family weekend ! The kids were aged 2-13 and they had a blast on the swings and trampoline, and the hot tub was a huge success for everyone! This home had everything needed for a cozy, private, and fun weekend away. Exceptionally clean and bright! The owners went out of their way to make sure it was comfortable for all ages, and the 5 bedrooms were an added bonus...3 of which were king beds! We loved it and we will definitely re-book! Thanks again!

Very clean and well stocked home !!
We stayed at this home for the weekend while our grandsons played in the silver stick hockey tournament! The place was fantastic. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable! Would recommend this VRBO to anyone. Better than any 5 star hotel!!

Exceeded Expectations
Flavius was an excellent host from communication, to location and the property had everything we needed. My friends and I had a ton of fun playing with the entertainment room, the hot tub, and using the fire pit. In addition, the cleanliness of the property was in excellent condition. We're probably going to go back sometime in the future. Thanks Flavius!

I wish if I can make a 7 stars rating, my family and I enjoyed every minute we spent at this house. Lots of things to do, the private beach is another add to this house, quiet, clean, friendly especially during Canada Day. Mesmerizing Vacation
Life is too busy nowadays, so we came with the intention of relaxing ourselves. This place was just perfect with all the amenities for kids and adults to keep everyone busy as well as relaxed ( hot tub was a cherry on cake) definitely a flawless house, perfectly decorated with positive wipes. I would 100% recommend to all those who are checking it for making one more memory with their loved ones☺️. Enjoyed every second of our stay!! Thanks to the owner🥰👍

Beautiful cottage
We really enjoyed our time at the cottage! It was spacious and clean full stocked with everything you need! We did find the kitchen lacked some empty cupboards and or drawers for some of our food items, but we made it work by using the coat closet. The kids really enjoyed all the entertainment the cottage had to offer! And the hot tub was really clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here! Although we didn’t frequent the private beach, it is pretty close to Ipperwash beach, which is beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything you need
We just came for a short "cousin's weekend", but we're already looking for another time for visit. The kids lived tbe bunk beds, outdoor activities, snacks and arcade machine. Parents loved the separate rooms, clean bathrooms, relaxing outdoor space and kitchen stocked with all the supplies needed. This is a great space and hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. Thanks for having a wonderful home!

Fabulous Girls Getaway
We positively loved our stay at this cottage. All of us had such a great time and felt right at home. The property was beautiful which made using the hot tub that much more enjoyable. The house is well stocked with everything we needed to have wonderful dinners together. Having the additional games room was such a bonus and the perfect place for us to hang out. We also very much appreciated the easy communication with our contact. They quickly answered all of our questions and were so helpful to us. It's truly the perfect girls weekend location.

Loads of space
Girls weekend away and we loved this place! Fully stocked kichen with just about anything you could need (coffee maker, pots&pans, utensils, dishes etc), so many bedrooms!, games room was a fun surprise and dining table is spacious enough to sit a big group, plus there's lots of outdoor seating as well (including chairs for around the campfire). The hot tub was great! Location is nice; a quick drive to Shale Ridge Winery, Grogs restaurant and Sunday Pinery Market. Questions to the host were answered in a timely manner. The openness of the mainfloor was nice since we had a large group during our stay. We all had a great time and look forward to future stays here.
