"This is our third time staying here over the last three years, i have no complaints. It is always very well stocked with pot, pans ect. Very clean. The AC was great, we always do bring fans with us but we always have fans running at home too. Always stay here when in arkcity."

"We stayed at the home while visiting our children. We had a range of people from 11-50’s and the house worked perfectly for us. The only down side was that there were only 2 couches in the living room making it a little cramped for 10 people. Other than that minor thing this place was great for us!!! Safe, clean neighborhood! Fenced backyard. I highly recommend staying here! "

"Everything was great except AC went down on day 3 of 5. We opened doors and windows with fans to cool off late in evening. They gave me some refund for inconvenience but did not get it fixed before we left. The facility was nice and worked very well otherwise."
