Another example is, they knew I loved boiled eggs so instead of asking every morning they prepared it for me. "The location is perfect. Only a two minute walk from the station, completely covered overhead. A plaza is right across from the station. The room is spacious and quiet. Staff is professional and efficient. It was a wonderful stay."

"Great location close to the castle, station and Kurokabe square. Hotel itself is nothing special, rooms are small and if you're unlucky enough to have noisy neighbours you wont sleep much."

"Hotel is 3mins walk from the train station which was ideal as I was arriving into Omihachiman late at night. The room is clean and spacious. I booked a single room which is just next to the lift but I could not hear noise from they lift lobby. But I could hear the train if it was passing by the track next to the hotel. So the other reviewer was right that they could improve the sound proofing of the windows. I recommend the hotel for it's location. There is another hotel even nearer but New Omi...

"Comfort hotel is always the best no frill hotel available to when visit Japan. It doesn’t have a lot of bell and whistle like other hotel, but it always have reasonable size room and hearty and healthy breakfast to keep you going when travelling around Japan."
