"The flat was really nice and spacious and well equipped. However, because of its open plan nature, it was cold despite the owners lending us 2 heaters. It was up 4 flights of steep stairs so many people might find this a problem. It is also high up in the hills and access to and from other areas of the island is very difficult, even with a hire car. The owners were extremely kind and helpful"

"We were greeted very warmly by Irmel and Ronald and given a bottle of wine, some beer as a welcome. Irmel baked incredible goodies and brought them over. As this was our first stay ever on Tenerife, they provided many suggestions for sight seeing, restaurants and events. Watching the monarch’s alight on their flowers in their garden was such a treat. "Plenty of space and lots of kitchen equipment, not the season for bbqs sadly would be great in the summer . Only gripe was wifi reception only worked in main room. Really helpful with directions to places etc"
