"This hotel exceeded my expectations. You feel welcomed from the start, very friendly staff. It is a quiet place for families and retirees, not for party folks. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, it has everything you may need to make your own meals. Which is great when you are on a budget or don't feel like going to a restaurant. "Apartment was very spacious and really enjoyed having our own pool. Beach club was lovely, shame we couldn’t have access anytime. Could do with a more family friendly restaurant on site as nothing near by. The restaurant that was open was great, food and service was wonderful, but on the pricey side, nice for a treat, nothing for everyday dining available. We had hired a car so could go elsewhere, otherwise you would need taxis. Small issue in wardrobes, no full length hanging space for dresses!...

"Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning! "

"Oh dear what have we booked into soon turned into wow! this is great. Reception very efficient and helpful. Apartment well equipped. Beach not as busy as further east and just 5 mins away. PLEASE NOTE if you are driving from the east on the gc1 you need to take the Tauro exit and then follow the coast road. The same applies if coming from the Mogan direction as the coast road is closed . You can get on the gc1 at Taurito but not off it. Hope this helps."
