Vom Balkon im ersten Stock hat man Ausblick über kleinere Lagunen/Seen (mit Fernglas kann man Flamingos beobachten). Zwei Bäder sind gut renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist angenehm. Die Betten sind fest. "We were looking for a way to unwind after experiencing the cities of Rome and Florence - this place was perfect. We were able to go into Bologna and enjoy all that the city has to offer and then relax poolside in the afternoon when it was hot. Pamela and Gabriel were wonderful - they had lots of great recommendations and were very accommodating. Great experience all around. "leider entsprach es nicht ganz dem was wir uns gewünscht haben. Auf den Fotos hat es Rasen. Als wir ankamen gab es nur Sand, Dornen und Tannennadeln. Sodass wir am Tag 2-3 Dornen dem Hund entfernen mussten. Auch die Kinder standen auf Dornen. wir konnten somit den Garten mit Kind und Hund nicht benutzen.... Die Dusche wie auch die Küche mussten wir putzen und unter den Betten gab es Staub der älter als 1 Woche war. Nicht gerade toll. einen Dampfabzug gibt es jedoch ohne Abzugsrohr! und das eine...

"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "
