"Stayed here with my brother for three nights, while visiting the Normandy/D-Day beaches. Very close to Omaha beach and its various features. If you’re not there for the beaches, it’s also a good location in terms of road access to Bayeux and Arromamches-Sur-Mer if you have a car, but not sure about public transport. The property itself is lovely, a mix of historic feel and location, but modern facilities and accommodation. We self-catered and found everything we needed. Superb, thank you! "

"The property is quite well located. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The bathroom is very small especially the shower that only had a curtain and you had to be very careful not to get overspill onto the floor. The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom toilet was downstairs which wasn`t the most convenient layout."

"We enjoyed the relaxing location just outside Le Molay Littry. It's 50mins from Caen in countryside like Cornwall, but without the people! We weren't aware it's right next to a cow farm but they weren't a bother, but there are a lot of flies,which we got used to. The house is a little sparsely furnished but spacious. The bedrooms could do with a chest of drawers each and there's room for them. Downstairs is a bit minimalist too. Some soft furnishings would break up the noise a bit. The town...

"We booked Ornella’s house to use it as a home base while we explored the D-Day landing beaches and Mont St. Michel. We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023. The main floor is one large and comfortably furnished room with the kitchen, living and dining rooms. There is plenty of natural light that brightens the room during the day. "A great place to stay. Close enough to the (amazing) beach that if you forget something it's no hassle to pop back and grab it. Really good location for accessing loads of WW2 sites (for when you have a WW2 obsessed teenager!), and some really good cycling routes nearby. Highly recommend, and will re-book if staying in the area again."

"Excellent property, all communication was so straightforward and the host responded immediately and was extremely helpful. The property itself was very well equipped and clean and only a stones throw from the beach. Although it states linens are provided you need to take your own towels/tea towels etc. luckily we had! We used the bikes and bbq provided and they were great to have at our disposal. Would thoroughly recommend the property and would happily re-book in the future - we stayed during...
