"Arenys, quelle belle et superbe ville! Nous étions en plein centre de tout! Restos, boutiques, la gare et la plage… Appartement parfait pour un couple, propre et cuisine extra. Il faut laisser la voiture dans un stationnement et nous n’en avons plus besoin! Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Nous recommandons cet appartement et Arenys est devenu un coup de cœur! "A fuir absolument !! Nous n'avions pas pu faire le règlement en ligne directement sur Abritel. J'ai appris par la suite que c'était une agence qui gérait la location. Celle-ci voulait que je lui envoie CB et carte d'identité par Whatsapp !!! J'ai annulé la location car je n'avais pas confiance mais j'ai quand même été débitée !!! Litige ouvert auprès d'Abritel. A éviter absolument pour ne pas avoir de souci !!"

"Die Wohnung braucht ein paar neue Möbel und vor allem Kissen,Bezüge und Decken (Löcher und etwas schmuddelig), diese sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Blick vom großen Balkon über den Hafen ist sehr schön. Der direkte Nachbar hatte täglich bis spät in die Nacht laut Musik laufen, was sehr nervig war. Am Wochenende ist es bis spät Nachts auch sehr laut durch Restaurants/Bars und ihre Besucher unterhalb der Fenster. Der Kontakt lief ausschließlich über Nachrichten und war okay. Sauberkeit...

"logement non adapté pour recevoir 5 personnes ;cuisine très mal équipée ,pas d'ustensiles pour cuisiner .une petite table pour deux personnes avec seulement deux chaises;tout petit réfrigérateur installé dans une des chambres .Ménage à revoir ..... Je déconseille totalement cette location pour une famille .J'exige meme un remboursement car nous avons du écourter notre séjour et repartir dès le lendemain"
