"The house is situated at the end of the street in a nice neighborhood with similar style homes. Using Google maps, it was easy to find. Khristina was waiting for us, she was very pleasant and showed us the house and provided helpful tips on how to keep things working smoothly. The house is as pictured in the listing. The one room not shown is the kitchen, although small it also includes the washer and dryer. Very compact, but well designed to include all needed appliances, but counter space is lacking. Can’t have more than one person cooking. Also would have liked simple instructions on how to use the appliances, The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The bed linens could be better, they are made from synthetic material, making sleeping a bit uncomfortable. We also had some issues with bathroom smells, were told that it depended on the wind direction. Khristina quickly provided pointers on how to deal with the issue, and it worked well. The pool was very cold and although a hot tub is listed, there was no hot tub. Getting to the beach from the house is a 15 min hike. We enjoyed the hike. But there was plenty of parking and a great boardwalk and restaurants should you drive to the beach. We were there in September, weather was warm, but often very windy, so on those days we’d head out on day trips. A car is a must, grocery stores are about 6 minute drive away and there are many attractions within an hours drive. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. "
