"We have stayed in the lodges at Loch Rannoch many times; it’s a very special place for us. This was the first time in the winter though. Our recently refurbished Red Deer apartment was cozy, comfortable and well equipped. And of course the view over the Loch to Schiehallion takes some beating."

"This was our first time staying in this area and I’m so glad we did! The lodge is beautiful, situated overlooking a wee loch and hills. It was bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. Each bedroom has it’s own en-suite, handy when there are a few of you. The lovely part is the patio doors that lead out to the veranda from both the main bedroom (beautiful view to wake up to!) and the large kitchen/diner, so you have this amazing landscape right in front of you. "We had a very relaxing few days here. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the check in process was completed quickly. We stayed in a two bedroom cottage, the accommodation was very spacious but still had a nice cozy feel to it. The on site restaurant served excellent food with a lovely atmosphere, just remember to book early as it was fully booked each night we were there. We will definitely be back."
