"No contact from host before or on day of check-in. Found out the house was burglarized the day before our check-in, Only because we read the reviews from the previous guests. The host did not contact us to let us know what happened. We were left to figure out alternate arrangements for accommodations on the weekend of a busy airshow, where all of the hotels in town and nearby we’re fully booked. They dealt with them immediately completely to our satisfaction and I was very impressed with their promptness at answering and dealing with the issues. They were kind enough to allow us to bring our two pets, our pets are very well behaved and we kept them out of the rooms they asked us to and kenneled them when we were out.
