"Check in took a little longer than expected, as the front desk person was out shopping for supplies, other staff were really friendly, I agreed to be in a smoking room however I did not expect that the bedding and pillows to exude the smell of smoke, there was also a few people talking very loudly outside, one was clearly not in the right frame of mind and no one did anything"

"We had an amazing time at this property. Ashley and George were on hand to answer any and all questions when we had two little issues pop up. They dealt with them immediately completely to our satisfaction and I was very impressed with their promptness at answering and dealing with the issues.
