"The property near Dolus in D’Oleron is atypical for the area . It is a ranch style with loads of space, and different areas both inside and in the garden to enjoy. We had 12 people in the property for part of our stay and did not feel cramped. Arnaud was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect and the air conditioning useful at times. Altogether a very charming place to stay - we hope to return in future!"

"It is rare to find such a property that is in one word perfect Bathroom, kitchen , living ,besthrooms, toilet, garden, all in perfect condition and on the terras a silence that is needed to relax completely. "Sabrina’s villa was truly fantastic! We stay in villas every year in France and this was the best by far! The outside space was beautiful and my mum is disabled but the accommodation made her feel confident and comfortable. Despite language barriers Sabrina was very helpful and made us feel very welcome!! We will definitely visit again....great property, good location, lovely owner! Thank you Sabrina xx"

"The hob didn’t work the lights outside around the table were not working, the pool was not maintained and we were not able to swim in it . As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! My daughter is visually impaired and fell down the steps because the lights were not working!! I contacted the manager on 10 different occasions and she did not get back to me . Please give me immediate...

"Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

"Fabulous spacious villa and pool really enjoyed our time there everything we needed was available from the kitchen to the bedrooms the outside area was especially good with an electric sun shade over the dining area which was handy as it was in the thirties. the arena the villa is located is very quiet but not to far away from the village center overall it is the perfect location for touring around"

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
