"Excepcional hotel! Too notch facilities, location and staff. Very well impressed. One comment. There is a dish in menu “Ancho defumado” that definitely needs to be taken out of their great menu. This one, although meat is of good quality, lacks taste, harmonization so not satisfied at all. I voiced this to hotel staff and really hope they take out of the menu. I do want and will be back the hotel that is 5 star. My feedback is indeed as an opportunity for improvement"

"Se vai sozinho ou sem carro, sugiro outro lugar! Aluguei consciente da distância, mas uma coisa é distância, outra coisa é segurança. A rua é escura e com terrenos baldios. Havia uma luz do lado de fora (fraca), que peguei 2 dias sem funcionar, mas quando entra no local, até chegar no corredor do quarto, Ñ HÁ LUZ, quando chove é um caos. Segundo a descrição no site, o quarto tinha vista para o jardim, mas só tem "vista", se você sentar na porta no quarto, a janela fica virada para um muro....

"This was an incredible property. I found it unique and totally a vibe. My vibe. It was classy and elegant while holding an earthy feelings. Lots of plants and natural light. "Excellent! Amazing view from our bedroom balcony. Breakfast in the morning was served to our balcony. Im from US I speak English I don’t speak Portuguese unfortunately, but luckily my partner I was with did speak. Our excellent front desk knew a little bit of English. "Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again. "

Attention to detail on maintenance required

"A good hotel in good location, however starting to look dated, needs attention to maintain height standard. Cleaning service poor, missed on 2 days and we had to continually call to get room serviced. Pool area amenities, chairs, planting needs replacing, area cleaned. Reception area, repair work poor to painting, ceiling repairs and front door handles loose and needs repair. "
