"What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. "We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. We saw plenty of local bird and wildlife, had great encounters with the farm animals on site and really enjoyed the remote and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!"

"Lovely stay, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable & very clean. Lovely welcome pack. Beds were really warm & comfy. The balcony was wonderful, watched the sunrise & the surfers every morning with a cup of tea. Didn’t want to leave had such a peaceful time. Look forward to going back. "

"It was a great stay for us. We did the dramathon, so a bit of a ride to the start, but it was such a lovely home. All the amenities taken care of, beautiful water view in the back garden. All communications and instructions were clear. It was so cozy, we loved our stay here. "

"A fabulous property with everything we needed and so much more. Quirky, clean, peaceful and fun. Hot tub enjoyed by the humans and the dog enjoyed the huge enclosed garden. Would highly recommend and would live to go back to the property again. Weather was an added bonus."

"If you want total peace and quiet then this cottage is a place to stay. Surrounded by fields and hills and mountains made it so beautiful. Unfortunately it was not very warm when we stayed but having a open fire made it feel so cosy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the shop is only a short drive away."

"Ian the owner was very helpful.left us a little food gift on arrival, a nice touch. the house was very clean and tidy. great location and would 100% recommend this property."

"We stayed here in July and the place was immaculate with a big comfortable bed, lovely lounge area and fabulous views. Having peacocks strutting by was charming! We visited Elgin and Findhorn from here which we loved. It’s a great place top stop off whilst exploring around the Moray Firth and we did some fantastic walks. We explored the NE250 route on this holiday and loved it."
