"The property was beautiful. You couldn't ask for a better location. It was a very clean and spacious home with things to do for all ages. They thought of everyone when putting this home together from the kids to the adults."

"One bdrm had a queen, one a king and one a bunk bed with 2 larger than twin / smaller than double beds. The queen and king rooms had 2 tiny 'tables' for suitcases, purses, phones, etc. The bunk bed room and none; so the 75- and 78-year olds had all their belongings that couldn't hand in the closet on the floor. Also, ladder to the top bunk had narrow metal rungs which were painful to climb (she solved that by leaving her shoes on). We also had ONE very mature 10-year-old girl who we had to list...

"This place was great. The view of the lake from the private dock was beautiful. I recommend if you are looking to be in the Crystal Lake/Sleeping Bear Dunes area you stay here. Communication was great with the host."

"Very cool house in a quiet area with a magnificent view and beach. The house is a woodsy surrounding but the view from the deck, main room and kitchen seating island is amazing. Kitchen has everything you need to support cooking all your meals. The house worked well for us, just two people and we had a third person with us for three nights. Beach was quiet and lovely for long walks. Communication with owner was great through the app and he was responsive. Thank you!"

"The house is adorable- really. Every last detail is Insta worthy for sure. It’s about 1/2 mile to Bear Lake and not really walkable as it’s a modestly busy highway, but it’s a quick drive and easy access to the various sights of the area. There was a fair amount of construction going on at the adjacent property during our stay, but we were gone most of the day so no issue really. "the building was built in the 1930s yes its old . what a beautiful house. great porch great kitchen with shiplap walls and ceiling. very functional everything was there frig microwave toaster oven , nice bedrooms shower worked great . great yard firepit with chairs car parking on site .fantastic view of the lake. easy access to town and restaurants in walking distance . we were there to fish. great access to the lake. overall we liked it very much. hope to stay again next year."
