Beautiful new villa with heated pool

Semi-detached villa recently built (2017) very nice, quiet and not overlooked located in the historic district of the Winter City with terrace, enclosed garden (400 m²), parking space, private pool, heated and secure and car park,
Fully equipped house of 70 m², located on foot, 600 m from the large beach Pereire, downtown and sports activities (International Golf, Tennis Club, Equestrian Center, Thalasso Center)
The large bedroom upstairs is separated by a partition and directly on the stairs with safety gate for children. Each night area is organized separately for a coherent and structured sharing (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x200)
Ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. (4 people maximum)

Wonderful stay
Thank you Caroline for a simply wonderful stay! The villa was spotlessly clean and very well appointed, in a gorgeous neighbourhood, just a 10 to 15 minute stroll from the centre of Arcachon. We loved the swimming pool and terrace area. Thank you for everything and we do hope to be back! Gina and family.

Fabulous house on shared site
This is a fabulous modern house in a great location. Could not fault the house itself however I was not clear that the property is on a shared site with the owner and the family walk through the garden / pool area as it’s a shared entrance. I thought only the drive was shared. Not very private especially if you are sunbathing etc. There is also a door connecting inside which is locked. However you can hear. Also the only parking for a 4x4 was on the road and the car was damaged from passing traffic. The drive way is shared and very long and narrow. Also the two bedrooms are connected with a sliding wardrobe. Not great for two couples. Fine for parents and children.

A lovely return visit
We have just returned from another week at Caroline’s villa in Arcachon (having spent a week here in August 2019). The villa is the ideal size for our young family and the location in the quiet Ville d’Hiver is perfect for easy access to Arcachon and the numerous local beaches (Pereire being our favourite). We travelled here by Eurostar and TGV and walked everywhere locally. Arcachon has great shops and markets and is a lovely, clean town with lovely parks. The beaches are beautiful and particularly safe for children, with plenty of space. Caroline lives in the adjoining property and is discreet as she passes by the garden and pool area on her way to/ from work and is always very helpful and lovely with our children- including books, toys and treats!

Excellent property in great location
What a great place. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing stay at the villa. It was clean and Caroline was a great host. The villa is in a quite location and only 10-15 minute walk to the town. The description of the villa is accurate and we felt really at home. The pool was great and my daughter spent many an hour in there. I would recommend this villa.

Excellent well equipped Villa set in a peaceful location with easy access to the charming Arcachon
We spent a week at this Villa in July with our 2 children. The accommodation is of a very high standard with all the equipment and facilities you may require. It is set in a peaceful and exclusive part of Arcachon with a less than 10 minuet walk to all the excellent restaurants and beach. The pool & Patio area provide the ideal place to relax and occupy the children. Caroline the property owner is very friendly and helpful and will ensure you have a very pleasant stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villa and would happily return for another stay.

Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de Caroline, la maison ainsi que la piscine. Située à proximité du Parc Mauresque et de la plage Pereire, nous avons pu nous balader à vélo avec nos jumeaux de 4 ans. Quelques points à améliorer : des moustiquaires, la propreté sous les meubles, la température de la piscine. Merci pour le super accueil.

emplacement idéal dans la ville d hiver
très agréable séjour dans la ville d hiver d Arcachon .centre ville et plage accessibles à pied en moins d un quart d heure.La location est idéale pour un couple seul ou avec deux enfants .La propriétaire habite dans la maison mitoyenne à la location mais est très discrète et toujours attentive à nos demandes.La ville d ARCACHON est magnifique réservée l été surtout aux vélos et aux piétons.

Maison habitee par la proprietaire
Point positif : maison bien situee. Bien décorée Negatif : proprietaire vit sur place. Maison separee par une simple porte coulissante. Quelle peut ouvrir comme elle veut. Passe dans le jardin et devant les fenetres selon son emploi du temps. Les 2 chambres ne sont qu une seule chambre avec une claustra qui ne va pas jusquen haut du mur. Aucune intilite il daut passer devant le lit en haut pour descendre dans la salle de bain ou monter se changer. La machine a laver et du cote proprietaire et nest pas accessible Nous navions aucune notion de tout ca dans l annonce ce n'est en rien une villa individuelle. Cest plutot du genre maison d'hôtes ca nest pas ce que nous voulions. Jai tente den parler a abrtiel par chat au bout de 2 jours et au retour de sejour car nos vacances netaient pas ce quelles auraient du etre mais bien sur je dois "marranger" avec la propriétaire. Lannonce est fausse. Point. Il n y a rien a ajouter

Wunderbar ruhig und trotzdem nah sowohl zum Zentrum als auch zum Strand in wunderschöner Villengegend gelegen. Die Vermieterin hatte bereits vorab freundlich Kontakt aufgenommen. Eincheck- und Auscheckvorgang sehr unkompliziert. Bestens geeignet für ein Paar mit 1-2 Kindern. Die Vermieterin huscht nur morgens und nachmittags/ abends kurz hinter Oleanderhecke vorbei, fragt aber immer, ob und wo sie helfen kann.

La propriété était conforme à la description. Cependant juste derrière la maison, au bout du jardin nous avons été gênés par des gros travaux de construction (2 villas) scie sauteuse, etc ... Donc, deçues car nous avions choisi cette villa pour profiter de l'extérieur et de la piscine

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem nah zum Zentrum und den Stränden. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Geeignet für eine Familie mit 1 oder 2 Kindern, da nur 1 Bad und 1 WC und die Schlafzimmer nur durch eine Schiebewand(oben offen) von einander getrennt.
