"Perfect location right next to Cabriolet ski lift down to Arc 1950 or very easy to ski direct to other ski lifts. Ski school pick ups very convenient. Spacious and well equipped apartments, with lovely views particularly on the West and South West/East side. "Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...

"Recently renovated clean comfortable rooms. Ski in/out access (button lift within 50m) to slopes. Well heated boot/ski lockers. Check in/out good be better. Expectation to clean, strip beds etc more in keeping with a 2 star than 4 star property. Additional end of stay cleaning expensive. Regular visitor to les Arcs. First time in 2000. A bit Cheaper than equivalent in Arcs 1950 but definitely a step down in quality, service and facilities. "

"La vue du levé et couché du soleil sur le Mont Blanc est tout simplement magnifique. La cuisine a été récemment rénovée, très pratique et agréable à utiliser. Il y a absolument tout niveau ustensiles de cuisine, couvert, casserole etc... ce qui change des locations où il n'y a que le strict minimum ! La salle de bain est un peu plus vieille mais fonctionnelle, ça n'a pas été un problème pour nous. On peut sortir directement les skis aux pieds et accéder au reste de la station grâce à un petit...
