"Fantastic property! Clean, quiet and literally a 10-15 minute walk from the Ritz. The staff were kind and helpful and the townhouse was spacious, well designed and family friendly. While the area is currently under construction, it promises to be an exclusive enclave in the Aruba community. Will definitely return. "

"All the reviews about this home are telling the truth, and incredible, clean, and well equipped home for your family or friends perfect vacation in Aruba. We used the chairs and towels provided every single day. Communication with the owner and property manager couldn’t have been better, they answered our every need. The patio space is the perfect spot to relax after some time at the beach. Would definitely and will hopefully stay here again."

"Beautiful home, however sheets and floors not clean. So many ants and water bugs all over the rooms, and in bed. Probably need a treatment because of the weather. We didn’t know how to work the stove, it was hard to prepare meals. Also we figured out where towels were after three days. The pool was very nice, the house manger was very sweet and kind. The Host Jody communicated very, very well. And tried to truly accommodate me with travel arrangements. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the casita. It’s in a great location, close to both Oranjestad and the beaches. I would recommend renting a car to make getting around easier. The pool and outdoor spaces are beautiful. Our only issue was the hot water tank was broken for our first two days there and we didn’t have hot water. "This was our first trip to Aruba and this was a perfect spot for our family holiday vacation. House was exactly as listed. Very well appointed. "The location was great, we could drive to any landmark on the island in less than 30 minutes. The views, especially sunsets are amazing! The home had everything we needed for a fun family vacation at the beach and generally everything for living around the house too. The restaurant down the street from the property had a very cool atmosphere, great food, and the people were so friendly and welcoming.
