"This hilltop property is fantastic! They have thought of everything; the cottage is so well supplied and absolutely beautiful. There is an incredible hilltop 360 degree view of the surrounding mountain range. Everything is spotlessly clean. We hiked in the area, went into Floyd for the gospel and bluegrass music, and wished we could have stayed longer just to sit outside at the house and take in the scenery. "Very nicely renovated single wide trailer. No detail was overlooked in the renovation and decorating. High end cabinets, flooring, great lighting, and even an iPhone charger was appreciated. For the area, it’s a little expensive compared to other rentals in MOD. Private setting, although there was some traffic coming through the shared driveway. It was very clean but I did find a few false eyelashes throughout the home and the fridge didn’t look like it had been wiped out. I would visit more...

"This is a beautiful homestead that has the feel of 1940's but the esthetics of a modern home. Perfection. The cows, chickens and ancient trees surrounding the property add to its charm. And the swings! The pictures on the website do not do it justice. This is a home well restored and loved. We plan to stay again and again and bring the family. "
