"Hotel was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. Although we wanted to enjoy the great food of San Sebastian, when we did eat at the hotel it was reasonably priced and very good. It's quite a way from the old town but we enjoyed the walk and the bus service from right outside the hotel is excellent."

But the pool was very cold and the water is not heated in any way especially when the temperatures in San Sebastian are not that hot. The ocean water is much better and comfortable vs. the pool. "When we arrived the lady on the desk was very friendly and welcoming. Even though my daughter speaks Spanish, she still spoke to me in English. The hotel room was very clean and tiday and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast had a good range of cold meats, cakes and hot food. Also this hotel was only 15m walk from all the best restaurants in the old town."
