"Hotel is on the great location, very close to the Story bridge and 15 min walk to downtown. During our stay (6 nights), our key did not work for the elevators and we had to reset it 5 times. It is very inconvenient and frustrating moment as we have to go back and forth and not able to enter the gym or the elevator.
