"Everything works for me except that the Elevators are two small boxes for the entire building. I stand 12 minutes to get into one. Just pray there is no fire or emergency that you need to get out of that building fast. Otherwise, I like the service, cleanliness, and everything else."

Should be able to connect to more than three devices and boost signal a bit more. Then again, it could've just been a weak signal in my room. Really enjoyed the spa located on site too. "

"The property is ideally located in the prime area of the piazza neighborhood with easy access to transport and amenities. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and ready to meet your needs at any cost. The hotel room and all accessible areas are spotlessly clean. Buffet style breakfast is provided at a cost with an option to order from a menu. The food is decent with a fairly reasonable price but it is not first rate. They used to have rooftop bar and restaurant but was unfortunately unavailable for unknown reasons during my stay. Plus, one out of the two elevators was out of service all the time and was a cause for some inefficiencies in several respects. Overall, it is a fabulous hotel and I'd certainly recommend it to others but the hotel must also improve its efficiency to provide services that match its status as a world class hotel. "
