Their communication is top notch- from having an extra cot bright in and set up, to being available after a very early arrival. "It is minimalist living, but as a single traveller, it worked for me with a mini fridge and even a mini washing machine. It is very clean overall, and it is only 5mins away from Kallang MRT station, and it is very close to the CBD. Communication was via Whatsapp chat and they were mostly responsive when I asked made requests. I will come back and stay with them again. "

"Overall decent stay in November 2024. The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price. Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. The kitchenette room was excellent, because it included a washer/dryer - tho it took 5h vs 1.5h to do a load of laundry 😂 - but still better than going to a laundromat.
