"THIS HOUSE IS NOT CHILD SAFE!! This house is not fit for children! The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. "Property was as described in a quiet location. Communication with the host was excellent and very helpful. Ideal for what we needed, short drive to Pontoise train station which provided a frequent service to Paris centre - about 50 mins.on the train. Thanks to Florian and Farid for hosting us."

"No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."

"Our stay at Tea & Chill was everything we hoped for. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our relaxing meal on the balcony overlooking the well kept garden. The off street parking was convenient. Everything was true to the pictures and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again."

"Pour commencer, le propriétaire m'a répondu très tard après avoir réservé... J'ai reçu un message quelques jours avant l'arrivée me précisant qu'il fallait régler le ménage en arrivant (100€). En arrivant, nous découvrons ébahis que des ouvriers sont sur place pour travailler sur une dépendance en lien direct avec la terrasse, elle même très encombrée. "My wife and I took our children and their families on a two week trip to France in July. My plan was to initially show off Paris, and then expose them to a more relaxed setting while discovering all the charms and beauty of the French campagne. This lovely property did not disappoint. "Very modern rooms. Bed was to my liking. The glass wall between bathroom and bedroom seems unnecessary but didn't deter from stay. Even with most lights on, it still felt dark. Couple of towels were missing but staff quickly brought more when I mentioned. Seeing as my room has basic kitchen it would seem appropriate to offer some basic cutlery. Had issues with grabbing shuttle from airport. Had to take taxi. Shuttle back to airport the following morning was good"

"Even though the restaurant and bar was closed during the weekend we had local bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance that were friendly and did great food. When going back to Paris, this will be our go to hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff very pleasant although we didn't have to interact with them much. Hotel is close to all transport links so it was really to get to the city centre very easily. We had a great time."

Another good stay at a reliable hotel

"Another great stay… clean, very comfortable bed, easy access to RER. My only complaint that I have every time, is the water fluctuates a lot in the shower from cold to burn you hot. I’m aware of this happening and am just careful. Also wish they would update their archaic hair dryers! They are like using a weak vaccum cleaner hose! But again, I make it work and the positives far outweigh the negatives. "

"Immediately outside Terminal 3 where you can walk across the street and get the airport tram to the other terminals or the RER or the regular TGV/SNCF train. There's a restaurant in the hotel. Good breakfast. The dinner menu at dinner time has variety but for a vegetarian it's limited. However if you are just staying a night coming or going it is not a big deal. Several other hotels next door if you want to go to their restaurants but I didn't try that. Friendly and helpful staff. Grab and go food in the cooler in the lobby as well for odd hours or quick food. Clean. Spacious enough to repack your bags and such in the room. I like staying here for the night before an early flight. Pet friendly. Will stay again."
