"We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean. "Lovely and spaceous apartment, with all basic necessities provided. It's close to the station, and very convenient to get to NEC and town center. It was not as clean as I would have liked, but overall it newly decorated and well looked after home. The windows are not sound proof, so there is slight noise from the road, and garden is not useable, but the living room is spacious and beds are very comfy. The deep soaking bath is a bonus. "

"The host was lovely and responded quickly to queries. The property was spacious. Improvement suggested would be some gqrden furnituring, more dining room chairs. The property had a particular smell which was not pleasant. A folder with wifi passsword, instructions etc would be helpful, saving me to ask the host. The upstairs main bathroom only had cold water from the shower and I got locked in the bathroom several times. The door does not seem to be functioning properly from the inside....
