"Has two room but heater only in one room. Second room way too cold to sleep in. No coffee maker. Had heater on 86 and got a little warm but insulation sucks. Had to buy own fire wood. Microwave didn’t work. Host very unresponsive didn’t message me at all regarding my concerns. Not happy at all. Will never stay there again. "

"For a place to walk in and lay your head, this is the ticket. Otherwise, the cabin is poorly maintained with common or what I would consider “staple” amenities either missing or in need of repair. For starters, there is no bathroom mirror, the towel rack was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, and, while there was sufficient lighting, several of the light bulbs were burnt out Now the beds were comfortable And the heater worked great. "Good stay for the price . The complaints would be the lack of utensils ,there was only 3 forks. The upstairs shower didn’t have any hot water at night and also no game room . The owner was very fast at answering any questions and allowed a later check out which was nice. "

"Our weekend at the Georgia Peach was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. We really appreciated the clear communication from host beginning with our booking and throughout the stay. The home was clean and welcoming with everything we needed for our stay. The location was central to everything we were planning (although not walkable to anything except the near-by sledding and hiking). "The cabin was very nice and super clean. The garage is right in front. It is a bit of a walk from the house, but its not bad. The owner will answer your call if you have any issues. She had to send the good neighbors agreement on their rules and clean up. If you do not get the check in instructions, just give her a call and she'll answer. I will say the master bedroom is the coldest because its so far in the back, but give it a few hours and it will be fine. Our twin daughters were obsessed...

"Very nice cozy cabin near Bear Mountain. The best thing about the day was our host as we were stressing a little with payment concerns and he personally called and put us at ease. He even helped look for other possibilities for another night and was very gracious. I highly recommend Big Bear boarding.We will be back"

"Our stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was fantastic! We spent most of our time in the family room and kitchen. The remodeled kitchen was a highlight, equipped with almost everything needed to cook.
