"It is exactly what the pictures show. It’s a shed converted into a hotel room. It was clean, secure, and suitable for a single traveler. The bed was smaller but I managed to fit on it. I’m 6’2” and 250lbs. The A/C was small but it worked very well. The property is surrounded by a locking fence/gate. The room has a deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside. The property is really pretty. It’s walking distance from a few craft breweries, food trucks, and coffee shops. I would stay here...

"The rental is furnished beautifully as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Great location as well. Owner was easy to work with as well. Would stay here again. Only recommendation is to update the deposit policy to be in line with other VRBO rentals we have rented from before. The only option with this rental is to pay the non-refundable damage deposit or pay a very large deposit which is refundable 2 weeks after check out. Wish there was a 3rd option where they just hold your credit card...

"A very quaint cottage like property with a nice outdoor sitting area. Peaceful and quiet. It is quite small and makes you organize and compact your things into a small space, but it has everything needed and I was comfortable staying there for a week. (Probably not enough room if more than two people and two people is pushing the space). The neighborhood is very nice as well. Old NE with cobblestone streets. It is walkable to the beaches, parks, downtown and Snell Isle. "

"This place was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice interior with the location being 10 minute rideshare to all the attractions including stadium, Ybor, Soho, etc. Easy check in with great communication before and during stay. Would definitely stay again."

"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."
