"In town for a few days to explore the area surrounding Chattanooga. Location was centrally located to UTC Campus, Rock City, great restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the river walk and pedestrian bridge too. The fire pit and hot tub was a nice way to end each evening. The angle of the driveway is a bit challenging but we got used to it. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We wanted a private area with a hot tub and this was it. Relaxing on a porch swing or the hammock, enjoying the peace and quiet in the hot tub, taking a brief nap in the gazebo, we had the best time. This was everything we were hoping for. "

"We wanted cozy places to sit and discuss books - this was perfect. We wanted to cook and eat together- the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and a perfect sized table for the 6 of us. There was another large table that we didn’t use. The view was lovely, though the weather was not. If you were there is nice weather, the front porch offered lot of seating and the back yard had a fire pit. Beds were comfortable. A good place for families and kids. "

"If you come to Chattanooga to hit up some of the usual sights, you cannot pass up this location. We were able to hit ruby falls, Rock City, hikes, the aquarium, and more, so easily. Our kids are little, so it came in very handy to go to Ruby Falls, then hop back to the house for lunch and a nap before venturing out again! Having such ideal location was truly wonderful!
