"It’s a wonderful place to get together and enjoy as a family. The place is well equipped for kids of all ages and adults. We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. We couldn’t use outside space but if it’s summer, it’s a great abode to enjoy with friends. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts are amazing and considerate. "

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kirkwood, NY. The home was incredibly relaxing and fully stocked with everything we needed— from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of linens and bathroom essentials. The best part? The river was literally our backyard! We loved using the kayaks and sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. The back porch was another favorite spot, especially with its lovely dining tables perfect for outdoor meals. The house is conveniently close to...

"This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . "

"We arrived at 10:30 to stay overnight as my best friends wedding was the next day only to find behind door #1- a man in his underwear with his dog renting one side of the place… went to door #2 and found the owner of the place staying in there who proceeded to tell us they forgot about us and her phone hadn’t synced up with the app to notify her of our stay (I had messaged them only 5 days before about our stay and had even received a reply) and was told she would need a bit to set the linens...

"The house at 228 Cady, Nichols NY was really a charming stay. It has so many amenities and was decorated for Christmas in a very thoughtful way. We had Thanksgiving Dinner at the big kitchen and loved the special coffee station in the mornings. I recommend this spot for your Holiday retreat. "
