"Staying in this shed was a blast - it's one big open space inside (bathroom is a separate room) so it feels like a party. Surrounding fields and farmlands make it feel fun, and Maria even let us feed the alpacas, they were hilarious! We were in a car accident and Maria was flexible with our arrival date, and didn't even charge us extra for moving everything back day. Extremely kind, understanding,, and attentive. I would definitely stay again "

"Great communication, and everything as described. Only downside was not that clean. Rooms and pool need a deep clean. Shane was a great host, and the property is amazing. The rooms were cool in very hot weather, with comfortable beds. "

Accommodating hosts and although we had a flight to catch the later check out than other places is a fantastic touch! Thoroughly enjoyed the space as a base while we explored the Mount."

"I was well cared for at the House with No Nails! The property is beautiful & clean, & in a gorgeous rural setting set amidst mountains, big blue skies, & farm animals. The house is an easy 25 minute drive from the Hobbiton set in Matamata, which was my plan while in this area of NZ. Highly recommended!"

"We were early for check-in, not a problem would you like to see the rooms available and choose your favorite, they aren't ready yet but i will contact as soon as the one you choose is so you can pop back and unload your stuff. We chose a sea view even though it didn't have the spa bath we originally thought we wanted. We slept very well on the bed, the cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Only bad thing is the towels are getting tired"
