"This is my 2nd stay at the inn. Between this stay and the last one, the incidentals deposit handling changed and I never received the check in email. Had I not known I should have received the email to get the code (after paying the deposit) to get into the building and called before I arrived, I would have been stuck. Fortunately I knew it was missing. The service rep handled the situation perfectly. Aside from that bump, we still love the facility’s charm. Just remember it’s an old home not a hotel and does old home things so be patient with water heating up, drafts etc. That didn’t bother us, though. "

"Everything was super BUT I would have liked recycling containers in the dining area for the plastic juice/ fruit cups. They were next to the elevator with the trash can! I had to ask for more towels but that was easy remedied! Delicious breakfast with many selections including gluten free options!"

"We had a room with 2 king beds. It was Very spacious with a second level with one bed, bathroom and seating area that our teenage daughter claimed. The kitchen area was more than sufficient. The only thing lacking was a view of the Lake. Great space. "

"We came to stay as a group of 6 adults and 3 children for a weekend of skiing and thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home for the weekend. The house was spacious but cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed! The house just minutes from Mt Sunapee, Our only complaint is that the downstairs bedroom got quite hot, and that the boiler pipes were a bit noisy if downstairs. We would definitely stay here again though - the kids loved it."
