I rate it 6 stars 1 level above every other hotel i have ever stayed at including a tough competior the Grand Hyatt. They are good the Grand Westdide is GREAT. I want to thank them for how comfortable, safe, welcomed they made me feel during my stay of 15 consecutive days this present month of March 2025. Staff there are a group of friendly caring exceptional people. Other hotels should sent their staff to this hotel in Manila for some on the job training on how to treat people as professional and curtious as the do. Again thank you for making me feel at home at a place and in a country far from home. "
