holiday 2023

overall holiday accommodation and pool was exceptional already looking to book for next year, the only drawback was a lack of plastic cups plates etc for the children and to enjoy socializing around the pool areas. there could also be a few more serving bowls to help enhance the full alfresco dining experience other than that 5 stars all the way. david hare and family

Super Anwesen

Der Aufenthalt war super. Ein freundlicher Empfang von Pedro. Pedro hat sich auch immer direkt gemeldet auf Anliegen oder Fragen. Während dem Aufenthalt hat er auch morgens den Pool gereinigt und uns im Nachgang Bescheid gesagt dass alles super ist. Wir werden wieder kommen. Auch wenn die Villa nicht am Strand liegt hatte sie eine sehr gute Lage, da ein Auto ein Muss ist auf Fuerteventura. Vielen Dank noch Pedro. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Objektbeschrieb trifft zu - Lage in der Mitte der Insel empfanden wir als ideal - Haus liegt an einer Durchfahrtsstrasse. Vor allem in der Nacht hört man auf Grund des rauen Strassenbelages den Verkehr (primär nur grosses Schlafzimmer). Wir haben zu 8. das Haus sehr genossen und können bestens weiter empfehlen! zu verbessern: 2. Wäscheständer - die Bratpfannen sind end of life...

This was an amazing place. The villa is beautiful. It’s in a very rural area so a hire car is needed. It is very clean and the pool was a big size. Silvia was really helpful.We loved it here and will be returning.

Schöne Villa, etwas abseits vom Touristenrummel

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in der schönen Villa sehr genossen. Die Villa hat alles, was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Einen schönen Pool, einen grosszügigen Grundriss mit viel Stauraum und einen schönen Aussensitzplatz mit Windschutz. Der Garten ist gepflegt und wunderschön. Die Lage haben wir als ideal empfunden. In 10 - 15 Min. ist man mit dem Auto in Calete Fuste (Strände). Und auch die Westküste ist in weniger als einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Auch Corralejo und El Cotino ist gut zu erreichen. Was uns etwas gestört hat, ist das Hundegebell, rund um das Areal. Doch das ist anscheinend in Spanien üblich, dass man sich einen Wachhund hält und das bedeutet halt einerseits Sicherheit, andererseits Lärm. Der grosszügige Kühlschrank hat leider einen sehr lauten Kompressor. Wir bedanken uns bei Pedro, Montse und auch bei Silvia für wunderschöne Ferien.

Sehr schönes, komfortables Haus. Perfekt für den Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familie. Gerne wieder.

Die Villa Cobas ist ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Es gibt genügend Platz für alle. Die Begrüßung war von der Flasche Wein bis zum liebevoll gestalteten Babybett sehr herzlich. Haus, Pool, Außenanlage war alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Ansprechpartnerin Silvia spricht Englisch und war jederzeit erreichbar. Lediglich ein Mixer und eine große Salatschüssel in der Küche wären noch toll gewesen, aber ansonsten haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Cobas und würden sofort nochmal wiederkommen. Viele Grüße, Annika Peters

Top Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit allem was das Herz höher schlagen läßt

Wir sind angekommen und wurden sofort herzlich begrüßt. Was uns dann erwartet hat, übertraf alle unsere Vorstellungen. Wir konnten es fast nicht glauben, alles war perfekt. Sogar ein Begrüßungkuchen, frisches Obst und gekühlter Weißwein standen bereit. Die Zimmer mit viel Liebe hergerichtet, man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt und wir haben in den zwei Urlaubswochen auch nichts gefunden, was hätte besser sein können. Nur schade, dass die Zeit dann doch wieder so schnell vorbei gegangen ist.

Super Villa. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Bilder stimmen voll und ganz mit der Realität ein.

Die Villa ist in einer perfekten Lage gelegt. Sehr nah am Flughafen. Weil wir in Mitte der Insel waren konnten wir jeden Strand besichtigen. In der Villa befindet sich alles was ein Erwachsener und Kind gebrauchen kann. Am Pool waren Badespielsachen, wie Mattraze, Ball, Eimer... Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr positiv Begrüßt, mit gekühlten Sekt, Erdbeeren, Obstkorb und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt mit Frau Silvia. Die war sehr Hilfsbereit und wir konnten auf die zählen. Wir sind der Meinung das die Villa auf einen sehr hohen Niveau ist. Mann konnte nichts bemängeln. Küche top ausgestattet. Bäder modern und sauber. Bei der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, man hat wirklich gemerkt das die Besitzer an die kleinsten Details gedacht haben. Das war unsere erster Urlaub in so einer Form, und wir werden bestimmt wieder dahin fliegen. Ist wirklich tausend mal besser als top Hotel mit Allinklusive. Wenn ihr ein Auto mieten wollt, empfehlen wir die Firma Orlando. Wir hatten keine Probleme und die waren wirklich günstig. Es war wirklich traumhaft. Vielen Dank und bis nächstes Jahr ☺

Fantastic villa, great service and perfect location.

We had a great stay here in November. Villa was as described and shown in photos, possibly even better in person. Spotlessly clean and everything in perfect condition. Silvia met us with keys and was a great help when we had any questions throughout out stay. Pool and garden area are perfect for family holiday, our 4 year old loved the 'maze' botanical garden. Village is in a great location to explore the island, recommend a hire car. Only 5 min to Antigua and good sized supermarket and bakery. No where in island is more than an hours drive. Good cafe 2 min walk from property and amazing dining experience at Antonia's, a 5 min walk from property. We wouldn't hesitate to return here in future, everything you want in a holiday property.

Etwas abseits der Strände, aber ruhig und wunderbar die Insel zu entdecken...

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet; das ein oder andere Equipment in der Küche würde das i-Tüpfelchen aufsetzen. Lage zentral auf der Insel, die Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen ermöglicht; Strandausflüge sehr gut möglich, Fahrzeit nach Jandia jedoch ca. 50min! Ein sehr erholsames Urlauben möglich, da in naher Umgebung alles besorgt werden kann! Sehr gerne wieder!!!

Ein absolutes traumhaftes Haus in ländlicher Idylle

Wir haben Ende Oktober für 10 Tage mit unserern zwei Kindern in dieser Villa Urlaub gemacht. Und es war einfach nur traumhaft schön ♥ Schon im Vorfeld war der Kontakt zu Pedro sehr nett und wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort auf unserer Fragen bekommen. Für unsere jüngste Tochter wurde uns auf Anfrage zusätzlich ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Mehr als überrascht und erfreut waren wir, das uns für unseren Aufenthalt auch ein Babybadetuch und ein Babyplanschbecken zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Da wir an einem Samstag spät Abends gelandet sind, hatte uns Pedro angeboten ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel für uns einzukaufen. So konnten wir entspannt in den Sonntag und die Ferien starten, ohne direkt ein Lebensmittelgeschäft aufsuchenzu müssen. Danke nochmal dafür. Das Haus ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, im Hauptschlafzimmer gibt es einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Bad, welches direkt vom Schlafzimmer begehbar ist. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und auch ansonsten mangelte es wirklich an nichts. Wir sind absolut begeistert von diesem Objekt. Sämtliche Bilder und Beschreibungen stimmten mit der Wirklichkeit überein und teilweise, war es in echt noch schöner. Das Haus ist wirklich groß, bietet ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und war sehr sehr sauber. Auch der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich war toll gepflegt. Nach ca. einer Woche wurde das gesamte Haus nochmal gereinigt und sowohl Bettwäsche als auch die Handtücher gewechselt. Zur Lage: Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es einen winzigen Supermarkt und direkt um die Ecke ein Cafe´ (welches wir jedoch nicht getestet haben). Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und der Garten und der Außenbereich von der Straße aus nicht einsehbar. Wer ein Ferienhaus für Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird hier definitv fündig. In ca. 15 Autominuten ist man am nächsten Strand und auch ein großer Supermarkt in Calta de Fuste ist nicht weit. Zum Flughafen sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns bereits Silvia, die uns das Haus zeigte und auch während des gesamten Urlaubs für Tipps und Hilfe ansprechbar war. Für uns steht fest, wenn wir nochmal nach Fuerteventura verreisen, dann werden wir defintiv wieder dieses Feriendomizil buchen. Für uns war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in einem traumhaften Umfeld. Fantástica.

Una casa fantástica, tal como se ve en las fotos, muy limpia, bien distribuida, muy cómoda, sin ruidos, con total intimidad y con buen atendimiento. La única sugerencia que le puedo hacer es poner mosquiteras en las ventanas, las moscas son insoportables.

Sencillamente perfecto

No hay palabras para describir lo cómodos que nos hemos sentido mi familia y yo en esta casa. Han sido una de las vacaciones más memorables de toda nuestra vida. La casa ha cumplido y superado todas nuestras expectativas. Está cuidada al detalle, construida con un gusto soberbia y las dimensiones que tiene son sencillamente las ideales como para sentirte en tu propio feudo.
