The house is located at the Fuerteventura Golf Club and offers with its location the optimal mix between peace, security and proximity to the beach and sights. Due to the hillside location you have a beautiful view of the golf course on the Atlantic and a pleasant feeling of freedom and it is nice to be 'above'.
After a long day on the beach or on the golf course, you can relax in the living room as well as in the winter garden on the soft sofas of a novel or a good film (Netflix subscription included) or share your experiences with friends via the fast Internet (WiFi) ,
If you like to cook, this will be child's play in our fully equipped kitchen. From a 4-burner stove to a microwave to a dishwasher, everything is available to serve a magical meal in the winter garden. With 2 bathrooms you will be twice as quick in the morning.

The house is completely new, with new mattresses and bed linen and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. 2 bedrooms are equipped with double rooms and one with 2 single beds. It has a large terrace, garden and sheltered place to sunbathe with 6 loungers.

For cozy barbecues there is a stone grill, table with 6 garden chairs. The rooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning and on the ground floor with ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms with toilet, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine etc. Living room with 3D HD TV, UKTV, Blu-Ray / DVD player, free WiFi internet. Ideal for golfers and families. Before you book, please be informed and understand that we cannot guarantee that construction and renovation work will not take place in the neighborhood.

150 m from the house there is a non-heated community pool with a separate children's pool. The opening times are from 10:00 to 20:00 in summer and from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter. Please be informed that the pool area can be closed for an indefinite period due to repair-related reasons.

With the 'LG' HD 3D TV you have over 500 German, English, French and many other programs on the Satellite Astra 19.2. A total of over 80 German and German-speaking channels, such as ARD, ZDF, Sat. 1, Pro 7, RTL, Kabel 1, n-tv, 3 Sat, VOX, Phoenix, WDR etc. ARD, ZDF and some other channels have the HD quality.

With the UK-TV Receiver (AV) you can receive the best seven English programs BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4, FIVE, Film 4 and RTE1. Cable TV DTB provides over 22 Spanish programs.

The house is equipped to a high level, so you are guaranteed to feel at home (but with the sun). There is a cot and high chair if you are traveling with small children. All rooms, including the living room, have a ceiling fan and the upper rooms have air conditioning. The windows and the patio are all provided with fly nets. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The facility has a large patio area with sun loungers. There are six garden chairs with a table and a large stone oven grill so that you can enjoy the sunsets with a view of the two golf courses and the sea. The garden is well maintained and is regularly maintained. The balcony with sea view is equipped with two garden armchairs and a table. The view over the sea and the golf course is beautiful and makes you happy even more at breakfast in the patio.
