Very enjoyable stay
Very clean, comfortable and well equipped property. Just a few steps away from the well maintained communal pool. We enjoyed the quiet location and the excellent view. Owner was super quick to respond to questions. Would definitely return.

Good location, everything as listed, wonderful comfy bed, great garden to relax in, peaceful and restful, fabulous pool just across the road, we had a car but we could have managed without, maybe a taxi would have been required a couple times with shopping etc. we will definitely be returning

Home from home
Had a lovely week staying at this property. It has everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. It was ideal for 2 couples and is a fabulous location for the golf course. We hired a car as the shops and restaurants are a short distance away. Taxis only cost approx 5 euros each way and there is a wide variety of restaurants in the town. We used the well equipped BBQ several times. The nearby supermarket is well stocked for supplies. I had some nice correspondence with Loretta prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Visited for 7 nights in mid February, two adults and two teenagers. Property had everything we wanted. Great location with lovely view of sea, 10 min walk from shops and 15min walk to caleta. Relaxed in garden most days, pool looked great but too cold to try in feb. Villa was spotless, towels and linen provided. Rooms were lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communicated with Loretta by email which worked well, easy access using key box. Good internet for our two teenagers. Relaxed in spacious garden most days. Have holidayed in caleta previously and would book this villa again, Robert and Kam

Beautiful house
Stayed here for 4 weeks. The house is amazing and has everything you need including washing machine and dishwasher. The house was more than big enough for us two adults and two teenagers. The garden is amazing with sun all day handy if the pool is a bit busy but this only happened into our third week when locals were on holiday from school but even then not terribly overcrowded and always spotless. I have walking difficulties and had to get taxis to restaurants etc. but I knew this before I went and would not put me off returning. Communication with Loretta was very good.

Great find!
We had an excellent stay at this amazing villa. Located directly across from the communal pool for ease of access. Plenty of parking available on the street if you don’t want to use the driveway, like us. Definitely need a car. It is walkable down to the seafront but I wouldn’t enjoy the climb back up but you do have option of taxi which are readily available outside the Aquatico Shopping Centre. The villa itself is spacious, has a downstairs toilet & shower. Nice small conservatory area and Astro turfed garden with plenty of chairs. Lovely views from both downstairs and upstairs. Would be better if more privacy on the roadside to enjoy lounging on the garden. Plenty of utensils/crockery etc in the kitchen. Had no big issues, just my own idiotic knowledge of how to operate the tv/lamp and safe but this was quickly resolved by the local contacts. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Fabulous Holiday
We thought the property and location was amazing and perfect for all of our needs. It was the first time we have tried this type of accomodation on holiday and it did not disappoint. The owners have a beautiful house and the facilities were beyond what we imagined. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, well maintained, private and spacious. The use of the communal pool was easy and enabled us access to a pool which was quiet and spaciousl The garden area is stunning and we enjoyed spending time at the house as well as going out and about. The owners were so helpful in answering queries we had and there was nothing that has not been thought of within the property. We have a wonderful stay.

die Küche ist in einem desolaten Zustand, Geschirrspüler im Nebenraum, alles fettig und nicht geputzt, eine riesen Unordnung in der ganzen Krücke. Badetücher sehr alt und ungepflegt. Garten ungepflegt, Unkraut wächst mehr als Blumen, der Rasenteppich wurde in einem Monat nie gereinigt. (Tauben Kot ) nicht Premium würdig, das ganze Haus ungepflegt..

We enjoyed our 8wks stay. There were a few issues when we got settled in. But were settled with a phone call.the villa was lovely but needs a long awaited update. The views were beautiful. All in all we had a fantastic time.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat alles, was man braucht. Sogar Waschmaschine und Tiefkühltruhe. Der Garten mit Meerblick ist perfekt zum Entspannen und Spielen mit den Kindern. Sowie zum Beobachten der ankommenden Flugzeuge :-) Der Gemeinschaftspool ist direkt gegenüber vom Haus und super für eine kurze Abkühlung geeignet. Für Ausflüge zum Strand oder Erkunden der Insel ist ein Mietwagen sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt sind es ca. 15 Min Fußweg. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passés deux semaines de vacances magnifiques dans cette superbe maison. Tout correspondait à la description de l'appartement. Très belle situation avec vue sur la mer. Endroit calme et bien situé en ce qui concerne les magasins, restaurants, boutiques, etc. Le linge de lit et de toilette a été changé après une semaine. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation. Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Really impressed by the property really comfortable and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children really nice garden to chill in with swimming pool right next to villa and never to busy. Great views sat on upstairs balcony looking towards the sea. Didn’t hire a car as we enjoyed the walk in to Caleta de Fuste or down to the shopping centre and would get a taxi back at around 4 euros. Would definitely consider renting this property again as we found the location and property really relaxing and well equipped the children who are 10 and 12 loved the pool and the fact that you could really relax with good WiFi connection.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Lage war traumhaft und auch der wirklich minimale Weg zum Pool war perfekt. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen haben die Flugzeuge nicht gestört. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen und kinderfreundlichen Lage. Insgesamt gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. A VERY RELAXING HOLIDAY
Overall the property was very good, and very comfortable. and it felt nice and open sitting out in the garden. The location is excellent, far enough away from the main traffic to make it nice and quiet, but that did mean for us, a car was a requirement. However we did find it strange that while there was a DVD player, there were no DVDs to play, other than a few we brought with us.
