"Convenient for my needs. Too many road / construction crews checked in after me, noisy drinkers left public areas filthy. Passed out drunkards in the stairwells. Reported to management - resolved the following day "

"Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again."

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (12)
"This was a last minute booking due to a family emergency. It was a great fit for what we needed. Location to everything, etc. House was clean and welcome book was very helpful. The hot tub was a welcome addition to relax at the end of the day. Made attempts to contact the owner which went unanswered until we had left. The property is wonderful and spacious otherwise. "
