"Was there on business in Beckley and some pleasures. Hotel was inviting. Room was great(double king)! Beds very comfortable , flat screened tv, microwave and full sized fridge. There was even a clothes closet! Breakfast(full)was always hot and ready. I had no issues at all! Staff was always available and courteous. Walmart, fast food and grocery shopping were two minutes away. I would definitely recommend and stay again. The only down fall for summer guest is the pool has been out of service for years or more. I was going to book Family Reunion there but had to look elsewhere because there was no pool! Please get the pool fixed!"

"Carpet was a little dirty, a plaster problem in bathroom by toilet and tub needs to be recaulked, otherwise was fine."

"Took wife and both adult kids for a long weekend for my wife's birthday. Great time. Joe gives you full access to his little slice of heaven. No horses in December for us but tons of piece and quiet. Make the 10 mile drive to Babcock state forest. If you like tattoos get ahold of wolf sing ink in mt hope. 25 minute drive from cabin and this guy is top notch in the business. Joe we'll be back very soon. "

"I stay at this hotel when hiking in the New River Gorge because it's a great location to access trails, there's a restaurant and bar on site, the rooms are clean and comfortable, it's easy to get to, and the town of Fayetteville is a short and easy drive away for more restaurants and bars."

"Rooms need light switches right by door so can see when going i to room. Room was dark and hard to find a light while carrying baggage. "
