"Great hotel with lots of dining options and a great all inclusive package "

"Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us....

"Plus points: Well laid-out hotel. Good spa service, including indoor heated spa pool, gym and jacuzzi for free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink plentiful. Lots of sun loungers. Optional organised sporting activities available like darts, table tennis, beach volleyball. Evening bar entertainment was good. Negatives: Sink blocked in our room. Showers flooded bathroom floor because of a huge gap between screen and wall. Bath water emptied back up out of drain onto bathroom floor!...

"We had a lovely holiday here. The kids club was brilliant, the restaurants were excellent quality food in all the restaurants. Other guests we met on holiday who were half board and eating in the dinner buffet each night loved it. Kids were welcome in the buffet with a kids section that is a bit like school dinners to choose from. "The hotel is very well maintained. For guests needing a lift, be aware it is small and slow. The food provided very good and fresh,. The location is ok, typical tourist area. Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. Reception, restaurant and cleaning team all very good. Bar staff mostly good except for the afternoon member of staff, who was on occasion...
