"Rooms are above their very busy hotel/restaurant but rooms well sound proofed so didn’t hear noise from hotel/restaurant. Room was quite small and very hot with no external windows to open. Modern and clean with nice bathroom. Hotel parking was limited and was full but paid parking around back was ok."

"Stayed 1 night for business in an Exec room number 209. The room is large and nice, it's nothing special and starting to show it's age a little, you can tell it's an accountant designed room rather than an aesthetic one, but it's more than fine, no power points by the bed is very bad though. The hotel itself is all perfectly acceptable, clean but some fixtures and fittings showing their age with cracked tiles in the lobby. "The check in was quick and painless. The apartment was spotless. The common room was nice, beds comfortable, and nice linens. There was a spectacular walked garden across the street which blocked the wind and offered great refuge to and from the restaurant. The restaurant had reasonably priced entrees, the wait staff was efficient and friendly for dinner and breakfast.The door to the common room wouldn't stay open which was odd, they could leave more coffee supplies when there's 10 people...

"Connell’s Barn is a very pleasant and clean property with plenty of room for a traveling couple. The location in Duleek is ideal for visiting Newgrange and other sites, and near enough to the motorway for longer trips. The host was helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended. "
