"The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The desk clerk this AM was appreciative that I told him about a faulty outlet in the room. I would say attention need to be paid to the outside,backside of the building. Pallets and trash on the ground. Lid to dumpster was open. "

"We've stayed here a few times. Overall, we like the place, especially because they allow pets. My only issue is that the shampoo, soap, and conditioner bottles are usually almost empty each time. Just fill them up before the next guests arrive! It's a real hassle to ask the person at the desk if they can have someone come up and fill the bottles in the shower. "

"Room and bathroom was large and bed was comfortable. Didn't like that I was there for 3 days and room was never cleaned. Was told that the new policy is that if you stay longer than one day you have to request maid service. Had to get towels one day and request towels the next which the front desk clerk delivered. Still will stay again."
